As you know, the Colorado Senate advanced SB 25-003, a semi-auto ban which will bar the sale of almost all semi-automatic rifles, pistols, and shotguns which accept a detachable magazine.
Sadly, it received support from both Democrats and Republicans and passed by vote of 19-15.
SB 25-003 was also amended, with an “exemption” for Colorado residents who wish to enter a permit to purchase system and take multiple state-run tests in order to buy semi-automatic firearms.
And despite massive opposition from pro-gun patriots like yourself, anti-gunners in the House Judiciary Committee rammed it through on a 7-4 vote.
The unconstitutional advancement, or death of SB 25-003, now rests in the hands of Finance Committee.
