Gun control is on the move.
And tomorrow, March 11, the House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on SB 25-003.
Back in February, the Colorado Senate advanced SB 25-003, a semi-auto ban which will bar the sale of almost all semi-automatic rifles, pistols, and shotguns which accept a detachable magazine.
Sadly, it received support from both Democrats and Republicans and passed by vote of 19-15.
SB 25-003 was also amended, with an “exemption” for Colorado residents who wish to enter a permit to purchase system and take multiple state-run tests in order to buy semi-automatic firearms.
Now anti-gunners are trying to ram it through the House.
