The Attorney General\u2019s report on how to save the Second Amendment is almost due to President Trump\u2019s desk.<\/p>\n

With the deadline looming, we need to make this final push our biggest one yet!<\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Upon reviewing the tens of thousands of responses we\u2019ve received from our surveys, it\u2019s clear that gun owners consider abolishing the ATF\u2019s illegal registry to be a TOP priority.<\/p>\n Not only is a federal gun registry simply illegal on its own, but it can also be used as a weapon for tyrants to confiscate your guns.<\/strong><\/p>\n Additionally, it\u2019s imperative that the Trump Administration withdraw the Frame and Receiver Rule immediately, which was set in place by the Biden-Harris Administration to wage war on so-called \u201cghost guns\u201d by restricting your right to make your own firearm. This rule also establishes that every 4473 form will eventually get sent to the ATF.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, no one expects the Supreme Court to do the right thing in the upcoming VanDerStok case that challenges the ATF\u2019s regulation of homemade firearms \u2013 so gun owners need the Trump Administration to step in and take executive action.<\/p>\n Finally, there is no question that the ATF has operated as a rogue criminal organization that bypasses Congress, tramples on the Constitution, and will gladly resort to violence to assert its power.<\/p>\n They\u2019ve shut down gun dealers for mere clerical errors, they\u2019ve surveilled pro-gun message boards, they\u2019ve used facial recognition to spy on gun owners, they\u2019ve been caught stealing money from taxpayers\u2026 and they\u2019ve even killed gun owners.<\/em><\/p>\n In one such example, ATF agents killed a man named Bryan Malinowski in a pre-dawn raid all because they suspected he was \u201cengaged in the business\u201d of dealing firearms.<\/p>\n The ATF agents \u2013 who conveniently \u201cforgot\u201d to wear their body cameras that day \u2013 covered Bryan\u2019s doorbell camera with tape and killed him in his own home.<\/strong><\/p>\n And the FBI is certainly also guilty of preying upon gun-owning Americans, as we\u2019ve seen with their coercing law-abiding gun owners to sign away their right to purchase firearms.<\/p>\n ATF and FBI officials must be held accountable for exceeding the law to violate the God-given rights of gun owners.<\/p>\n These three action items absolutely MUST be included in the final report \u2013 and GOA needs your help to ensure they make it in.<\/p>\n\n
