Constitutional Carry Bill SB 1<\/a> and the limitation of liability bill SB 2<\/a> by Senator Blake Miguez have both passed out of committee and now head to the House Floor.<\/p>\n Take action and urge your state representative to SUPPORT Constitutional Carry!<\/strong><\/p>\n SB 1 restores the ability of law-abiding gun owners, 18 years and older, to carry a concealed handgun in Louisiana without a permit, while SB 2 limits civil liability against individuals with a Louisiana concealed handgun permit who are forced to use their handgun in lawful self-defense.<\/p>\n Because Governor Landry is backing SB 1, the upcoming House vote is the final hurdle to making Louisiana a Constitutional Carry state!<\/p>\n That is why I am asking you, and every pro-gun Louisianian, to TAKE ACTION and urge your state representative to send Constitutional Carry to Governor Landry and make Louisiana the 28th<\/sup> Constitutional Carry state! <\/strong><\/p>\n In Liberty,<\/p>\n Joshua S.
